AFreeWebHost.com provides web page hosting. AFreeWebHost.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by AFreeWebHost.com when AFreeWebHost.com decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise. Currently AFreeWebHost.com only accepts sites that are in English.
1. Multiple Accounts
Each member of AFreeWebHost.com is limited to one (1) account per user. We check all accounts to verify that there is only one account per user. If a user is found to have more than one account, BOTH accounts will be terminated without warning!
We give you an unlimited amount of addon domains. This means that you can host as many websites on your 1 account as you can but, each website will use your alloted disc space and bandwidth, so you are only limited by the amount of disc space and bandwidth that your package allows. If you run out, you can request more by contacting our staff.
2. Server Usage
Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads. AFreeWebHost.com reserves the right to refuse service and /or access to its servers to anyone. Each individual is allowed ONE account only. AFreeWebHost.com does not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:
a) Illegal Material : This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s on your webspace in any way shape or form.
b) Adult Material : Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of AFreeWebHost.com.
c) Warez : Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
d) Anime : Copyrighted anime is not allowed on our servers. This includes variations of anime including manga, hentai etc. Also inlcudes any sites which provide links to information about such material. If you created the material yourself, you may host the content on your site.
e) Proxies : We do not allow proxies of any kind on our servers.
f) You CANNOT offer free subdomain hosting on your free account. This poses a major security threat to our server(s) because we cannot monitor who is being hosted on our server(s).
g) You may not run leeching scripts on our servers. This means that you cannot have a website that is used to link between file hosting servers such as RapidShare.
h) You may not use our servers for file hosting. If you do not intend to have a website, don't bother applying!
i) Useless space usage: Useless space usage is defined as having a ton of scripts installed on your account that you are not using. So if you install 15 different scripts, and your only using 1 or 2 of them, you must remove the ones you are not using. If you are using all of them, thats fine, but many people like to install scripts just to see what they look like or how they function. This is fine also, but, be sure to remove them after you have checked them out!
3. High Resource Usage Policy
Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization. AFreeWebHost.com may implement the following policy to its sole discretion: When a website is found to be monopolising the resources available AFreeWebHost.com, reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers. Customers may be offered an option whereby AFreeWebHost.com continues hosting the website for an additional fee.
4. Advertisement Policy
We require avertisements to be placed on your website. This is a form of revenue for AFreeWebHost.com and helps us continue to offer free services like this one to you. You must follow the below terms in order to avoid suspension, or in extreme cases, termination of your hosting account. Advertisements are expected to be placed on a working site within one weeks of sign-up. Failure to place the ads within 1 week will result in account suspension.
a) Proper advertisements are required to be placed on each and every page of your website.
b) Advertisements are to be placed in such a spot so that the end-user can view them without having to scroll down on the page.
c) Advertisements must be placed on your site. They may not be placed on any pop-ups or pop-unders.
d) The advertisement and its source code must be on your page entirely. The image or code for the advertisement must not be edited in anyway other than changing the colors to fit your websites design. Contact us for information on how to change the ad colors without violating this Terms of Service agreement.
e) You may not promote clicking of the advertisements on your web site.
f) Ads must not be placed on empty pages or page holders. This violates the advertisers terms or service and can get our account(s) suspended.
5. Cancellations
AFreeWebHost.com reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. Customers may cancel their account at any time. Any incentives offered to customers when opening the account will also be cancelled.
6. Refunds
AFreeWebHost offers a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with our service for any reason within 14 days, you can get a 100% refund but, it must be within 14 days. After 14 days and there will be no refund.
Also, if your account is terminated due to TOS violations, you will not be eligible for a refund.
7. Chargebacks or PayPal disputes
Anyone that files a chargeback or a PayPal dispute without contacting us first to resolve the issue will be charged a $50.00 administartive fee for the time we spend to resolve the situation. Failure to pay the $50.00 admin fee will result in legal action. So, to save us both a lot of hassle, please contact us before fileing any claims or chargebacks. We are always willing to work with our clients to resolve any and all issues.
8. Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold AFreeWebHost.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against AFreeWebHost.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AFreeWebHost.com against liabilities arising out of;
(1) Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with AFreeWebHost.com's server;
(2) Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
(3) Copyright infringement and
(4) Any defective products sold to customer from AFreeWebHost.com's server.
9. System Backups
Backups of all customer data are soley the responsibility of the client. AFreeWebHost.com does full nightly backups, these are to be used for system restore only, and are not used for individual account backup. Any other questions on this policy should be directed to the staff.
10. Inactivity
We check all accounts for activity. If a website is found to not have any visitors for a period of 1 month, the account si concidered to be inactive. Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 10 day period and then terminated. All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account. Accounts must also have a working website within one week of account creation. If you don't use your webspace we will give it to someone who will.

AFreeWebHost.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. AFreeWebHost.com makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide.
