I got a free reseller from you guys back in july last year. I got the FR1 package which I was using with my domain, luna-oceana.com. At the time, you changed the ad placement requirements, but told me that I could go on with using just a text link, as I got in just under the wire. Until my site went down, I had at least three text links on my main site and links on my other sites.

I have sent a support ticket in, on march 1, but it seems that you're not answering those either. The last email I got from you was was november 11 last year. At no time have I had an email to warn me that my site was going to be suspended. I'm going to give you a couple more days, then I am sorry but I'm going to have to move my sites elsewhere. It seems like you're just not intrested in the resellers anymore. Either that, or you changed your minds about the text links, but forgot to actually tell me, so that I could put other ads on my sites.

Forget the two day's grace, I'm moving my site now. I got an email this morning closing my support ticket, though you never bothered to even answer it, though it was set at high priority. I am not impressed with that. I guess that was my answer: you didn't care and you couldn't be bothered.

So, goodbye. Just a little thanks for giving me the webspace in the first place, but it's a pity you went back on it without letting me know,. Good luck for the future. Just a hint: if you ignore your customers' support tickets, you won't go far as a webhost.
