I can´t think of any Nintendo Game for PC ever and am pretty sure that it comes down to using an Emulator to play those kind of games.

Those lists should pretty much have all games ever released by those companies, you also will find all the PC games that were release by them in these lists.

Have you look at MAME that was amazing!
There are lot of games that you can get to play in MAME including many of the classic!  It comes in DOS and in Window version.
