Hello everybody, I just wanted to write a small announcement to let you all know that we now have a new support operator. He has also taken on the role of site admin, too.

Thorsten (AKA BadKarma) has been promoted. If you need any help with anything at all, you can now contact him or I to get help. You will also notice that he may be the one to respond to your support tickets, and will be setting up new accounts. This has all been done in an effort to increase the speed in which we provide support and account setups. Because I cannot be around 24 hours a day, Thorsten has become my right hand man, and is a HUGE help to AFWH.

I would like to welcome Thorsten into the AFWH staff, and I hope that you all will respect his decisions and treat him as kindly as you have me over the past few months.

I don´t know what to say
Flattered and at the same time i feel honored being allowed to help out the Admin
and all others that chose this fantastic hosting service.

As Mike said already, my name is Thorsten, but knowing that it might take an hour to type, let alone pronounce, you can use
Toto which is far easier and doesn´t take up half of the day to write. I will be around in the Forums a lot also, so feel free
to post any issues you might encounter here as well, though opening a support ticket might be the faster way to get us working
on your problem.

Erm...enough of that, back to working on tickets now
