Had the strangest things with NOD32, it triggered a lot of false positives with some patch-engines i use and a few other programs. A long while ago i was using Norton AV until i found out that it blows and is sort of a resource hog

I get three license from my internet compact so i used it Firewall from norton, windows and the router Oh look...itīs one of those 5 remaining Norton users Getting a license for free might be the only reason why i would consider installing it. Well, not on my box but on a customers one hehe. Yet i still think it clogs your system up more than necessary.

Yet i still think it clogs your system up more than necessary. That was in the beginning now it's very gentle. So the version of 2009 needs only 2000K in standby an 9000-1000k at scanning and if you look at Windows Vista, peanuts Avira, that's not my cup of tea, too many false positives.
