What do do you use?

i use

  • Eset Nod
  • Eset Nod
  • Comodo Firewall

PS, Eset Nod provides antivirus and antispyware... .

AVG free version, which also protects against virusses and spyware. As for a firewall i use the one that came with my router Smiley

Had the strangest things with NOD32, it triggered a lot of false positives with some patch-engines i use and a few other programs. A long while ago i was using Norton AV until i found out that it blows and is sort of a resource hog Smiley

Norton Anti Virus is the worst antivirus ever... it messed up my laptop!!

I'm currently using Eset Smart Security (ESS) + Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware...

it's great...

ESS, good in total detection, quite & automatic update, low memory usage... many more...

Oh look...itīs one of those 5 remaining Norton users Smiley
Getting a license for free might be the only reason why i would consider installing it. Well, not on my box but on a customers one hehe.
Yet i still think it clogs your system up more than necessary.

I use Avira Antivir Antivirus Premium.  I found those deals with the 1 year license thing lol.

That was in the beginning now it's very gentle. So the version of 2009 needs only 2000K in standby an 9000-1000k at scanning and if you look at Windows Vista, peanuts  Grin

Avira, that's not my cup of tea, too many false positives.  Undecided
